Meditation

Set the diffuser timer for 30 mins with Breathe calm oil set. Lay down or sit crossed-legged start with 3 deep breaths - in through the nose, out through the mouth. Then pick a colour, focus with eyes closed. Observe your thoughts, watch them drift. Refocus back to your breath and chosen colour. Journal what came up to anchor your day.
